As a professional who regularly deals with large scale projects as well as small, low complexity projects, it amazes me how often the same tools are used. I am not referring to methodologies, but rather to tool sets such as Asana, MS Project, Spreadsheets, Smartsheets, etc.
You should always make sure that you do not apply a level of complexity that is unnecessary. To demonstrate how you can use a free cloud-based tool like Notion to be visually appealing and efficient without overdoing it, I have created a short lesson on Skillshare.
